- B Vitamin support without folate or vitamin B12 so you can supplement with those separately.
- Starter B contains active forms of Vitamin B2 and vitamin B6. It also contains Nicotinamide (Niacin), which is involved in approximately 200 enzymatic reactions in the body and Riboflavin which is involved in the activation of folate.

Directions for Use
Take one per day after breakfast.
Begin with Starter B for 2 weeks before introducing Vitamin B12.
