Online ordering will remain available 24/7, refer to the important dates below concerning the Christmas and New Years holiday period.
Please note that "limited shipping" below refers to our team and suppliers returning from holidays and working through the backlog of holiday orders.

Within Australia
Your order may ship in multiple packages to ensure they reach you as soon as possible.
If any of your products are on backorder, they will ship separately as soon as they become available at no additional cost.
The dates of stock availability are provided by our suppliers, and we endeavour to keep this information as up to date as possible on the product page.
Your package will be left at your address. If you do not want your package left unattended, please add instructions on the cart page in the field provided.
Metagenics, Ethical Nutrients, InnerHealth:
Shipped is via TOLL Express to metro areas 1 to 2 days, regional areas 2 to 3 days.
Shipping to a PO Box or parcel locker via Australia Post, delivery 2 to 4 days.
Orders containing cold goods are not shipped on a Friday and are held over till Monday.
Cold goods will not be shipped to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
All other products:
Shipping is via Australia Post, delivery 2 to 4 days.
International
Your order will be sent in one package when all items are available. If any of your products are on backorder, the available products will be held until ready to ship.
Due to variations in customs requirements, we may not be able to ship to all regions.
