Adults:
Add one level scoop (3.5 g) to 200 mL in water once daily.

- Provides fuel for beneficial bacteria: Arabinogalactans are a purified form of soluble vegetable dietary fibre with strong prebiotic activity that is used by Dr. Peter D'Adamo, author of The Blood Type Diet.2 This prebiotic provides an excellent fuel source to Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteriato stimulate their growth and activity which may assist in supporting healthy digestion.1,2,3 Animal and human studies have shown Arabinogalactans increase the production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFA), and concomitantly reduce ammonia in the colon.3
- Well tolerated dietary fibre: Metagenics Gastro AG is low in viscosity allowing the soluble fibre to be easily incorporated into foods and beverages. Arabinogalactans are well tolerated and are a dairy free source of fibre.4
