How long does it take to see results from using Estrovera®?

Within 4 weeks, ERr 731™ can improve 11 perimenopause symptoms by 14% to 28%, including, poor sleep, irritability, fatigue, sore joints and vaginal dryness.1 After 12 weeks of ERr 731™ use, perimenopausal symptoms were shown to improve by 45% to 78%.1,2

Is Estrovera® hormone-free?

Yes, Estrovera® is a hormone-free plant extract from the root of Rheum rhaponticum (Siberian rhubarb). This special extract, called ERr 731® contains concentrated plant compounds, which act on specific oestrogen receptors throughout the body which helps to relieve menopausal symptoms.​  It is found safe in both animal studies and clinical trials.​3-5

How does Estrovera® work in the body?

ERr 731™ gently mimics the effects of oestrogen on a specific receptor found throughout the body, called oestrogen receptor beta. This helps to balance the effects of fluctuating oestrogen levels during perimenopause without altering the body’s natural hormone levels.3-6

How does Estrovera assist with supporting mood symptoms, like irritability?

Low oestrogen levels can increase the activity of enzymes that accelerate the breakdown of feel-good brain chemicals, which can lead to mood changes. By gently stimulating oestrogen receptors, ERr 731™ limits the activity of these enzymes, which can support mood symptoms.7

What happens if I stop taking Estrovera®?

Stopping Estrovera® may result in symptoms returning although women may safely resume taking. However, symptoms may not reappear if a woman has completed her menopausal transition.

What if Estrovera® does not relieve my menopausal symptoms?

Whilst Estrovera® is shown to help most women, around 10% report no improvement. This may be due to other existing health concerns, or the effects of diet, exercise, lifestyle or stress overriding the soothing benefits of Estrovera®. Clinical Benefits

ERr713® at 4 mg/day is clinically proven to reduce 8 key symptoms of menopause.1 A systematic review and meta-analysis of 12-week clinical trials highlights multiple benefits and safety of ERr713® to improve the quality of life in menopausal women.

ERr731® balances oestrogen activity. Oestrogen receptors (ER), especially alpha (ERα) and beta (ERβ) are widely distributed throughout the body. ER activation initiates many of the important biological actions of oestrogen such as regulating reproductive function, supporting healthy mood, and maintaining skin health. However, excessive ERα activation enables cell proliferation and inflammation, especially in oestrogen-sensitive tissues such as the breast and uterus.5,6 In contrast, activation of ERβ promotes anti-inflammatory processes and down regulates ERa receptor expression to balance these effects.7

ERr731® selectively targets ERβ to alleviate menopausal symptoms.8 Active constituents, primarily rhaponticin, extracted in ERr731® selectively bind to and activate ERβ, without activating ERα.9 This high affinity with ERβ is linked to reducing menopausal symptoms without potential side effects.10

Short-and long-term safety and efficacy of ERr731®.2,4 A comprehensive multi-centre trial has demonstrated both short- and long-term benefits of ERr731® supplementation. Initially, a 12-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with 109 women found that 4 mg/day of ERr731® significantly reduced (p<0.0001) the number and severity of hot flushes from 4 weeks. By 12 weeks, overall reductions (p<0.0001) in sleep disturbances, irritability, joint and muscle complaints, low libido, vaginal dryness and fatigue, improved quality of life, with high patient satisfaction.
