- Herbatonin is a 100% natural, bioidentical plant-based melatonin, with exactly the same molecular structure as human melatonin.1
- Melatonin promotes sleep initiation, improves sleep quality, morning alertness and overall quality of life. It is the neurohormone at the epicentre of circadian rhythms.

Dose & Administration

Physiological dose: 30 mg – 80 mg (0.5 - 1.5 scoops)
High dose (Jetlag or Shift work): 100 mg – 300 mg (2 - 6 scoops)
Best Time to Dose: 20-30 minutes before bed.
Not to be taken by patients taking prescribed pharmaceutical sleep medications.
Cautions/Contra-Indications

Large doses may cause daytime sleepiness/grogginess. Do not operate machinery or drive within 4 to 5 hours after supplementation.
