Dosage

Adults: Take 5 g (one 5 mL level metric spoonful), in water or juice one to three times daily.

Children (5 to 12 years): Give 5 g (one 5 mL level metric spoonful), in water or juice once daily.

Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Cautions

• Each 4 g dose contains 127 mg of sodium which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet.
• Not to be used in children under 2 years of age.
• Contains Sulfites.
• If symptoms persist see your healthcare practitioner.
• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
