New HealthMasters Experience 2025

After a significant amount of effort behind the scenes, the team at HealthMasters are proud to bring you our updated website!

This project we commenced in 2021 has involved significant challenges for our small team, and this will form a foundation for more advanced development in the future, with the goal to ensure the patient experience is as streamlined, intuitive and as connected as possible.

How do I log into my patient account?

The first and most crucial part, let’s address this first!

If you had an account on our previous website, or if you purchased from us prior to the transition on the 24th of June 2025, you just need to set a new password before you can log in.
You won’t be able to register for a new account using your existing account details.

For security purposes, there is no way for us to access any passwords in order to transfer your login details across to the new system. Everything is much more secure this way.

You can set a new password for your account by clicking the button below and entering the email address associated with your account. We’ll send you a password reset email with a button to verify your email address and set your new password.

What has changed?

A Familiar Look and Feel

To help with the transition, we’ve done our best to retain a lot of familiarity in our new design of the website. There are lots of subtle changes, but you’ll find most of the general layouts and structures to be the same.

Product Permissions

We have added a page to your account called ‘Product Permissions’ to allow you to view all your product permissions in one place. Your existing permissions from our previous website have all been brought over to the new website. Product Permissions link found on the account page side menu From now on, you’ll have access to all of the notes related to a permission or prescription available in one place, without having to search through your inbox.
If you don’t see the link on your account page, this means there are no special permissions associated with your patient account yet.

If you find something isn’t right, you can contact us here and we can review the details for you.

Order History

We still have records of all previous orders through our previous website, however there wasn’t a way for us to easily display these on our new website.

If you would like any details about orders placed before the changeover, you’re welcome to contact us and we can answer your questions.

Backorders

We’ve added more information about our backorder products and backorders.

Where available, we will be displaying the dates we have available on the product page, as well as the dates on the order history page.
